Job summary

Intellias is seeking a Technical Support / Production Support Engineer to monitor production systems and incidents for connected-vehicle platforms. You will own incidents end-to-end, coordinating with engineering, telecom operators, cloud providers, and external suppliers to ensure rapid restoration and SLA compliance.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, incident management, and IT operations experience, with excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical support, production support, IT operations, or similar roles.
• Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage incidents end-to-end.
• Excellent written and spoken English, Chinese preferred at B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Monitor connected-vehicle platforms, applications, integrations, infrastructure, and connectivity services.
• Validate alerts and distinguish incidents from known issues and false positives.
• Respond to incidents and service requests within SLA targets.
• Investigate multi-system issues including vehicle-to-cloud, apps, and network layers.
• Document investigation steps, workarounds, and resolutions in Jira/Confluence.
