Job summary

Iron Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Desktop Technician to deliver day-to-day local and remote support, handle calls, troubleshoot issues, and document steps in our ticketing system. The role requires coordinating asset management activities and engaging supervisors to maintain consistent operations across shifts.

The candidate will work across PC and mobile assets, using ServiceNow and MS Office, with strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve hardware and software challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience in smart hands support.
• Excellent communication skills with IT asset management experience.
• Experience managing PC and mobile assets in ServiceNow.
• Experience in asset inventory management.
• Coordination on PC fulfilment (Autopilot/Reimage/Import).
• PC diagnostics and sanitation and recycle pickup handling.
• Software provisioning/install requests and printer configuration tasks.
• Walk-up, deskside, and remote technical support.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow, MS Office, Windows OS and iOS troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day local/remote desktop support across shifts.
• Receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot, and document steps.
• Engage supervisors and managers to ensure operational consistency.
• Facilitate customer resolutions and coordinate asset workflow.
