Job summary

eConsulting is looking for a Head of Operations to own end-to-end delivery for our live enterprise clients. You will lead a team of ~10 specialists delivering SaaS and managed services, reporting to the Head of Operations.

This role isn’t just about maintenance; you’ll shape delivery, growth of accounts, and how success is measured, sitting at the crossroads of operations, client relationships, and team development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT services, consulting, or a similar environment.
• Proven track record managing service delivery teams in a B2B or enterprise context.
• Strong advisory and consulting mindset with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

• Own service delivery across active client accounts, ensuring SLAs and client satisfaction.
• Lead and develop a team of technical experts, setting expectations and removing blockers.
• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients as a trusted advisor.
