Job summary

Bridgepoint Consulting, an Addison Group Company, seeks a NetSuite Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations for high-growth clients across multiple industries. You will manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications while guiding a delivery team to successful outcomes.

The role emphasizes strategic consulting, deep ERP knowledge, and strong client relationships, with a remote-first environment and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of professional consulting experience, with at least 2+ years specifically focused on NetSuite implementations.
• Demonstrated leadership in team and resource management.
• Strong understanding of business process improvement and ERP strategy.
• Willingness to dive into the weeds on a project, by supporting team members and/or driving system/process development.
• Ability to drive the team to hit milestones, addressing performance issues.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Understanding of key Project Management principles.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Management: Drive full-lifecycle NetSuite implementations.
• Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor, managing client satisfaction and leading engagement communications.
• Project/Risk Management: Manage escalations, RAID logs, and risk mitigation; primary escalation point for the C-suite.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee delivery team activities and sign-off on key deliverables to ensure quality.
• Project Governance: Lead Steering Committee meetings and milestones to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Resource Management: Align team resources to project tasks for timely delivery.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, burn rates, and change orders.
