Job summary

Polcode seeks an experienced Project / Product Delivery Manager to own delivery across multiple IT products end‑to‑end. The role combines project management, delivery ownership, and client partnership with a lighter but important product angle.

You’ll handle a portfolio of 2–5 projects, balancing discovery with structured delivery, and collaborate directly with international clients and the Polcode team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of IT project or product management experience.
• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end software delivery with full ownership.
• Strong client-facing experience and communication ownership.
• Experience managing multiple projects in parallel and prioritizing effectively.
• Fluency in English for daily client communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of IT products across their full lifecycle.
• Lead discovery processes and influence product direction when needed.
• Take full ownership of project delivery, selecting tools and techniques that fit the situation.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the work of development teams.
• Keep stakeholders up to date on progress, risks, and changes.
• Identify risks early and communicate them clearly — even when conversations are difficult.
• Occasional business trips and in‑person client meetings.
