Qualifications

• 10+ years in project management or delivery roles focusing on technology.
• Experience with telecommunications technologies and compliance.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience leading ERP, CRM, and HRIS projects.
• Experience in IT and platform-focused initiatives (infrastructure, enterprise systems, backend).
• Willing to travel up to 5%, including some overnight travel.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and modern architectures.
• Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD, release management.
• Vendor management and cost optimization in IT/telecom environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery across multiple business units with detailed planning, scheduling, resource management, and financial tracking.
• Collaborate with department leads to identify change impacts and drive operational readiness for new services, systems, or products.
• Coordinate with Technical leads, Engineering, IT, and Operations to ensure an integrated schedule and improved system performance.
• Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives spanning one or more lines of business, aligning with roadmaps across infrastructure and applications.
• Help establish methodology, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships to mature delivery capabilities.
• Provide status reporting on milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues to leadership.
• Oversee initiatives related to telecommunications platforms, including voice, messaging, and carrier integrations.
• Oversee system upgrades, migrations, and technical debt reduction across the technology stack.
• Coordinate incident-driven and operational improvement projects with root cause analysis and long-term fixes.
• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and data governance standards across IT initiatives.
