Job summary

Apex IT is seeking a Client Partner to manage strategic client engagements, drive satisfaction, and minimize escalations. The role emphasizes executive leadership and ongoing account growth across projects, with remote or on-site client work.

The Client Partner will oversee delivery, coordinate with offshore teams, and ensure proposals reflect client needs while maintaining strong, lasting partnerships across multiple accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer or Information Science-related field or commensurate experience required.
• Experience in senior management with customer-facing delivery capabilities.
• Knowledge of Oracle or Salesforce or related enterprise platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manages customer engagement and sets expectations to minimize escalations.
• Responds to escalations and implements corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Identifies and closes upsell / cross-sell opportunities to grow accounts.
• May lead on projects and provide executive leadership to client teams.
• Builds strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence.
