Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years experience in a technology support or delivery role.
• Experience in a customer-facing role with Enterprise-level clients is preferred.
• Knowledge of Treasury, Finance, and/or Accounting is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Develop customer relationships in assigned accounts.
• Monitor ongoing customer implementations.
• Act as the first line of support for customers.
• Conduct value program activities.
• Facilitate customer product education.

Strong background in IT and technology

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Problem-solving skills

Project management experience

Familiarity with ticketing/support platforms

Fluent English
