This hybrid role requires 1–3+ years in Customer Success or related fields, strong communication, and a knack for building scalable digital programs that improve engagement and time-to-value.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in Customer Success or a related digital-first role.
• Experience with AI, automation and modern engagement tools.
• Data-driven with usage metrics, trends and experimentation.
• Ability to design scalable digital programs that improve onboarding and adoption.
• Clear communication and proactive collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Scalable Onboarding and Adoption.
• Design and deliver scalable digital programs guiding customers through onboarding and product adoption.
• Analyse customer usage and data to identify activation gaps and opportunities.
• Translate insights into targeted digital journeys to improve engagement and value.
• Continuously test and optimise engagement logic using performance data.
• Build and maintain automated workflows for customer communications.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing and Support to align experiences.
