Job summary

Workai, an AI-powered Employee Experience Platform, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to own a portfolio of clients. You will blend product knowledge with business thinking to onboard, drive adoption, and grow the platform with customers such as large enterprises.

You will collaborate with product and support teams, create useful documentation, and lead training sessions. The role is on-site in Białystok, Poland, with opportunities to influence customer success processes and client

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success or a similar role.
• Ability to manage customer relationships and build long-term partnerships.
• Strong communication skills in Polish; professional English communication is a plus.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and translate into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and implementation for mid-market Clients and coordinate cross-team efforts.
• Maintain ongoing communication, track satisfaction, and manage renewal activities.
• Collaborate with product, support, and development teams to gather customer feedback.
• Create onboarding materials, guides, and tutorials for customers.
• Prepare and deliver customer-focused training sessions or webinars.
