Job summary

Moniepoint Inc. in Poland is seeking an Engineering Manager to drive delivery across cross-functional teams, translating product requirements into actionable EPICs and stories, while maintaining high technical standards.

You will mentor engineers, plan sprints, monitor velocity, and ensure scalable delivery with CI/CD and observability; a BS in CS or related field and 8–10 years in software roles are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8–10 years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Java and Spring Boot.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams within your product area.
• Translate business requirements into EPICs and technical user stories.
• Partner with Product, UX, and Engineers to refine and prioritize the backlog.
• Plan and drive sprint execution with clear goals and milestones.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence and code quality.
• Monitor velocity and capacity to optimize resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies and remove bottlenecks.
