Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Campaign Intelligence team in Warsaw, driving core features of our advertising platform.

You will mentor a team of engineers and testers, own the end‑to‑end delivery of campaign configuration, and coordinate with product stakeholders to deliver a simple, intuitive experience for advertisers. You will guide architectural decisions across the stack, stay hands‑on when needed, and maintain a strong product focus.

Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams in a full‑stack environment.
• Hands‑on when necessary while maintaining overall architecture vision.
• Strong business acumen and product‑oriented mindset.
• Autonomous collaborator with excellent communication across cross‑functional partners.
• Fluency in Polish and good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Manage, mentor, and support an engineering team delivering end‑to‑end features.
• Oversee the core campaign management platform including setup, budget updates, and automation.
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Guide architectural decisions across the stack from frontend to backend to enable full‑stack capabilities.
• Ensure high‑quality, reliable delivery of software and daily operations.
