Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategic scaling and evolution of Allegro's internal communication automation platform.

You will enable new campaign performance metrics, integrate Data Science recommendations, improve user experience, and scale communication channels across international markets. You will spearhead AI-driven features like natural language translation into automated scenario blocks, ensuring robust compliance with data privacy regulations

Qualifications

• Independence and ownership in a highly autonomous role.
• Proven Product Management experience in scalable, technical environments.
• Ability to independently acquire and analyze data to inform decisions; define and review metrics.
• Experience building long-term roadmaps with increments based on algorithmic and infrastructural improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities across dependencies.
• Resilience and clear communication under pressure with varied stakeholders.
• Effective stakeholder alignment to keep requirements and goals cohesive.
• AI-native approach using GenAI for user research and discovery.
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to prioritize the backlog.
• Translate internal and external needs into technical requirements.
• Manage stakeholders, set boundaries, and keep areas focused on outcomes.
• Define and drive the product vision and strategy for Allegro's communication automation.
