Allegro is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategic scaling and evolution of our internal communication automation platform. You will shape the roadmap, enable new campaign metrics, integrate data science recommendations, improve UX, and scale channels across international markets.

You will drive AI-native features, ensure robust privacy compliance, and optimize infrastructure to handle traffic at scale, partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• Independence and ownership in a highly autonomous PM role.
• Proven product management experience in scalable/technical environments; marketing domain is a plus.
• Strong data skills: querying, analyzing, and deriving metrics to inform decisions.
• Experience in long-range roadmapping and delivering incremental value.
• Solid problem solving and decision making with cross‑team dependencies.
• Resilient communicator capable of aligning diverse stakeholders.
• AI-native mindset using GenAI for discovery and research.
• Polish at least C1 and English at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to prioritize the backlog and align with strategic goals.
• Translate client and user needs into detailed technical requirements.
• Manage stakeholders, set boundaries, and keep scope focused on outcomes.
• Define and drive the vision and strategy for Allegro's internal communication automation.
