Allegro.eu S.A. in Poznań seeks a Product Manager to lead the vision and execution for our main search engine, partnering with engineering to shape a scalable, AI-enabled search experience.

You will own the product roadmap, manage cross-functional priorities, and translate merchant and user needs into technical requirements for a 24/7 platform, with a focus on relevance, performance, and business impact.

Qualifications

• Independent ownership and proactive work style.
• Ability to query and analyze data to drive decisions.
• Interest or experience in Data Science, Analytics or ML.
• Proven PM experience in scalable, technical environments.
• Strong understanding of search engine architectures and AI solutions.
• Experience building quarterly and long-term product roadmaps.
• Ability to identify user/merchant problems and distinguish problem vs solution space.
• Excellent communication to stakeholders under pressure.
• English language skills at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and strategy for organic search and AI tooling.
• Own core search, relevance, and query understanding architecture impact.
• Manage stakeholders across engineering, marketing, recommendations.
• Translate internal client and user needs into technical requirements and backlogs.
• Define success metrics and drive continuous optimization for 24/7 growth.
