Allegro Ads is seeking an Engineering Manager in Warsaw to lead the Campaign Intelligence team. You will mentor 6 engineers and testers, steering core features of our advertising platform and driving end-to-end solutions.

You will collaborate with product and business partners to deliver intuitive UX, AI-enabled automation, and scalable architecture while enjoying hybrid work and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a track record leading engineering teams.
• Hands-on with backend Java/Kotlin.
• Strong understanding of frontend complexity (TypeScript).

Responsibilities
