Job summary

Allegro.eu S.A. is seeking a Software Engineer 2 (Java/Kotlin) to join the Merchant Experience team in Poznań. You will build robust backend systems for Allegro Merchant AI Assistant, delivering real-time, data-driven support under high user traffic with microservices architecture.

You will work with Spring Boot, Kafka, and AI/ML techniques, including prompt engineering and LLM evaluation. A hybrid work model and English communication at B2 level are expected.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Kotlin or Java with Spring Boot and Kafka.
• Experience with AI/LLM and prompt engineering.
• Frontend knowledge is a plus (React/TypeScript).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Build robust backend systems powering Allegro Merchant AI Assistant.
• Develop scalable microservices for real-time, high-traffic data processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape technical direction.
