Job summary

Linklaters Warsaw is hiring a Business Development Advisor / Team Lead for the Energy & Infrastructure practice. You will provide hands-on BD support, develop client materials, and coordinate campaigns with global teams while guiding a small team and ensuring high-quality delivery.

The role requires strong English communication, four+ years BD/marketing experience in professional services, and proficiency with Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Warsaw offers a hybrid work model two days in office.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years in business development or marketing in a law firm or professional services firm.
• Strong project management, organization and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; collaborative and independent working style.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on BD support to the Energy & Infrastructure practice area, coordinating materials like credentials, CVs, capability statements and tailored pitches.
• Coordinate and deliver client targeting initiatives, campaigns and BD plans in collaboration with colleagues.
• Lead on career conversations, workload coordination for a small team, and maintain BD pipelines and content accuracy.
