Linklaters Warsaw is seeking a Business Development Team Leader (Senior Advisor) to lead and develop a Warsaw-based BD support team. The role collaborates with lawyers and business teams globally to deliver client development, pitches and market initiatives.

You will manage workflows, drive BD processes, and engage with internal stakeholders while contributing to client, sector and practice content creation and events. Fluency in English and strong project management are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Over two years of business development or marketing experience in a law firm or professional services.
• Strong project management, organisation and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Experience with CRM tools; Salesforce preferred.

Aufgaben

• Leading and managing a Warsaw-based BD support team.
• Providing hands-on service delivery alongside the team with key internal stakeholders.
• Supporting client development and review programmes, including materials and follow-up opportunities.
• Analyzing client, sector and market data to identify trends and insights for planning.
• Crafting client, sector and practice content to facilitate engagement.
• Supporting BD and profile-raising initiatives with Marketing Communications.
• Ensuring efficient delivery of BD and marketing support services.
• Collaborating with product, sector and client relationship teams.
• Coordinating legal directory submissions and client-facing materials.
• Implementing and improving BD processes and use of Salesforce and other tech tools.
• Supporting team development and workload management.
• Maintaining knowledge of BD best practice and industry trends.
