Job summary

Strada is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processes in a dynamic global environment. You will ensure accurate, timely payrolls and compliance with applicable regulations.

The role requires 2–3 years payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and hands-on work with HRIS like Workday, SAP or PeopleSoft. You will collaborate across teams and handle confidential information with integrity.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• 2-3 years relevant Payroll experience in HR outsourcing or corporate environment.
• HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft preferred.

Responsibilities

• Independently process payroll from end to end according to defined standards and client requirements.
• Monitor and manage tickets using BI tools to ensure timely handling.
• Utilize hrX suite of tools related to payroll processing and activities.
• Understand and interpret payslips and payroll calendars.
• Identify deviations from standard service scope and support change requests.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Produce and understand standard and client-specific payroll reports.
• Review data for accuracy and initiate corrections.
• Answer payroll-related questions and requests.
• Support SOC1 controls and maintain DWIs.
• Perform transactions with third parties and provide knowledge transfers.
• Support Root Cause Analysis and system maintenance testing.
• Stay updated on legislation, system updates, and payroll procedures.
• Participate in projects and activities as needed.
