Arrow Electronics is seeking a Customer Support Associate Manager in Gdansk to lead the EMEA VAS Quoting and Order Management organization. You will drive performance across Pre-Booking and Post-Booking activities, coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the EMEA VAS Quoting and Order Management teams to foster a high-performance culture focused on customer experience and continuous improvement.
• Provide day-to-day operational leadership for Pre-Booking (Quoting) and Post-Booking (Order Management) activities.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for operational issues, customer concerns, and stakeholder requests.
• Drive quoting, order management, backlog management, and customer support processes to meet service levels.
• Partner with Inside Sales, Asset, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Operations, and Customers to support objectives.
• Monitor backlog, order aging, expedites, allocations, and material constraints.
• Oversee quoting activities including pricing, BOM reviews, and proposal development.
• Coordinate critical customer requests to ensure uninterrupted production and fulfillment.
• Mentor and develop team members through coaching, training, and career planning.
• Analyze data and generate insights via BI tools; prepare leadership reviews and executive reports.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, and customer value.
