Verifone is seeking a strategic leader to head Order Management in the EMEA region, driving global standards with regional adaptation. You will lead an onboarding and order-entry team, optimize processes, and partner with legal, product, and engineering to enable scalable, compliant operations.

The role emphasizes automation, data-driven decision making, and proactive performance improvements to support Verifone’s growth and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering/Business Administration/MBA.
• Demonstrated experience driving process improvement through automation and/or AI-enabled tools.
• Strong analytical mindset with metrics to define strategy and measure results.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Order Management and onboarding team to drive timely, accurate orders.
• Review and process customer orders in compliance with internal and external policies.
• Develop order execution summaries for the customer care team.
• Lead Customer Care to manage contractual requirements and track status.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and AI initiatives.
