Job summary

Verifone is seeking a senior leader to oversee Order Management in EMEA, driving automation and AI enhancements to cut order cycle times and improve customer experience. You will partner with global teams to standardize tooling, reporting, and billing while adapting to regional needs.

The role requires a strategic thinker who can shift a team from reactive to proactive, deliver measurable improvements, and lead cross-functional initiatives across Legal, Product, and Engineering.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or MBA required.
• Experience driving automation and AI-enabled improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead order management and onboarding teams within EMEA.
• Drive automation initiatives to shrink order cycle time.
• Ensure compliance with policies while enabling scalable processes.
• Partner with Product, Engineering and Finance to improve tools and governance.
