Job summary

SKF Vertevo is seeking an Expert Total Rewards, Payroll & Workforce Governance EMEA. You will coordinate compensation, benefits, pension and insurance governance across the EMEA region, aligning with local and group requirements.

You will lead payroll governance, social security, and employment tax governance, working with stakeholders and external providers to ensure accuracy, compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, payroll or workforce governance, with strong multi-country exposure.
• Strong payroll knowledge and experience coordinating internal stakeholders and external providers across multiple countries including practical exposure to different social security, benefits, insurance and payroll environments.
• Experience in transformation, integration, operating model build-up or harmonization, with the ability to drive change and deliver hands-on solutions.
• Strong analytical, business judgment and communication skills in English; additional EMEA languages are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Govern EMEA compensation, benefits, pensions and employer-funded insurance, including annual reviews, salary benchmarking and pay range approvals.
• Oversee payroll governance, social security, and employment tax governance across EMEA; coordinate with local HR, Finance and providers.
• Establish governance dashboards, controls and templates; drive common standards and risk awareness across markets.
