Job summary

SKF Vertevo is seeking an Expert Total Rewards, Payroll & Workforce Governance for the EMEA region. You will be the regional expert for compensation, benefits, payroll governance and workforce compliance across EMEA, coordinating local and group stakeholders to drive governance, consistency and continuous improvement.

The role requires 10+ years in Total Rewards or related fields, multi‑country experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, payroll or workforce governance.
• Strong multi-country exposure and governance experience.
• Excellent analytical, judgment and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Govern EMEA compensation, benefits, pensions and employer‑funded insurance, including reviews and pay‑range approvals.
• Drive pay transparency and harmonization across markets while coordinating brokers and providers.
• Coordinate payroll governance with HR, Finance and external providers; monitor regulatory developments.
