Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• 5+ years of HR/compensation experience in large multinational organizations across the EMEA region
• Demonstrated experience working with CLAs and Work Councils across European countries

Responsibilities

• Lead country-level pay equity analyses and remediation
• Manage pay transparency requests and regulatory compliance
• Support Works Council consultations and compensation-related labor activities
• Maintain CLA compensation provisions and support collective bargaining negotiations
• Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and salary structure analyses across EMEA
• Serve as primary compensation consultant for EMEA HR on promotions, offers, retention, and organizational changes
• Deliver compensation training to regional stakeholders
