Job summary

AgileOne is seeking a Talent Acquisition Professional in Kraków, Poland, on a 15-month maternity cover contract. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for our EMEA region, collaborating with hiring managers and driving employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

The role requires building strong talent pipelines, sourcing across multiple channels, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-paced, international environment. Hybrid work in Kraków is available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing full recruitment lifecycle across EMEA.
• Experience recruiting across multiple EMEA countries with market insights.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate with stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across EMEA, from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Build talent pipelines and engage active and passive candidates.
