• Oversee recruitment tech stack (ATS/CRM) and analytics to improve outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders to align workforce planning with hiring goals.
• Drive governance, data quality, and reporting across recruitment systems.
• Mentor TA team and promote best practices in sourcing and interviewing.
