Job summary

KONE is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Eastern Europe & Mediterranean (maternity cover) to support Poland and the wider EEM region. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles, partner with hiring managers, and drive employer branding to attract top talent.

The role requires Polish and English fluency, Ukrainian optional, and hands-on experience with modern recruitment tools. This hybrid position offers growth within a global technology leader.

Qualifications

• Experience managing recruitment across multiple levels, including white- and blue-collar roles.
• Fluent in Polish and English; Ukrainian language is an advantage.
• Experience in the technical industry with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Hands-on experience with modern recruitment tools and sourcing platforms.
• Proactive, self-driven and solution-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and a customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment activities for a wide range of roles (blue-collar, specialist, managerial and director-level).
• Handle the full end-to-end recruitment process, including selecting the most appropriate recruitment tools and strategies.
• Support and develop employer branding initiatives within the region; work closely with hiring managers to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
• Build talent pools for business-critical positions; ensure recruitment processes are efficient, effective and engaging for candidates.
• Utilize external recruitment tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social media platforms to identify and attract top talent.
• Collaborate with schools and universities, organizing internship and trainee programs, and promoting KONE among young talents.
• Participate in a variety of talent acquisition projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment processes.
