Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a procurement professional to lead end-to-end sourcing for IFM services across EMEA. You will drive strategy, tendering, contract negotiation, and savings delivery while engaging with client stakeholders and regional teams to ensure compliant, value-driven procurement.

You will partner with account directors and operations to build robust supplier frameworks, monitor performance, and report outcomes.

Qualifications

• Solid grounding in sourcing and procurement within IFM or multi-country service environments.
• Commercial awareness and experience in contract negotiation, savings delivery, and stakeholder management.
• Clear, confident communication with senior stakeholders across a matrixed setup.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, risk management, and supplier qualification across EMEA markets.
• Familiarity with procurement platforms (Jaggaer/Bravo) and reporting tools to drive insights.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement for IFM service lines across EMEA from strategy to savings delivery.
• Support client meetings and governance forums with stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and contribute to savings targets with measurable results.
• Run RFPs, bid analysis, and supplier recommendations adhering to risk and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Account Directors, regional Managers, and Operations to scope services and build supplier frameworks.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and provide monthly/quarterly reporting.
• Escalate risks and complex negotiations to senior sourcing leadership when needed.
• Champion sustainability and inclusion in procurement practices.
