Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a commercially minded procurement professional to join the Sourcing & Procurement team in Warsaw. You will support sourcing plans, coordinate tenders, and ensure contract compliance across a UK & Ireland data centre portfolio in a hybrid Warsaw office.

Key duties include supplier negotiations, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, engineering, and finance.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, sourcing or buying in facilities management, data centres, or related environments.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract administration.
• Familiarity with Jaggaer, ERP systems, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery and execution of sourcing plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate sourcing activities, tenders, supplier negotiations and procurement initiatives.
• Maintain contract compliance and manage supplier documentation and pricing updates.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships for consistent service delivery.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance with regular assessments and reporting.
• Prepare and support monthly/quarterly reporting on sourcing activity and outcomes.
