Job summary

JLL Warsaw or Madrid is seeking a Sourcing Specialist for our EMEA Design and Construction business line. You will coordinate centralized tender processes (RFI/RFP), maintain the vendor data base for the EMEA region and support procurement activities across portfolios for a major client.

You’ll manage RFP/RFI/RFQ activities, assist in negotiations and ensure proper documentation, while collaborating with procurement and legal teams to align with client procedures and project schedules.

Qualifications

• Essential – 3–5 years’ experience in procurement (RFP/RFI/RFQ document creation, use of Procurement tools)
• Preferred – knowledge of office fit-out projects construction supply chain
• Preferred – experience sourcing for multiple construction projects for large corporate clients

Responsibilities

• Run centralized tender processes (RFI/RFPs) on client’s procurement tool
• Maintain Vendor Data Base for the EMEA region
• Support project and portfolio level sourcing activities and cost development
• Coordinate bids, proposals and supplier evaluations up to award
• Assist with legal templates and contract-related procurement steps
• Liaise with client procurement and internal teams to ensure timelines
