Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive in Warsaw is seeking a Sr. Specialist, Demand Svcs Procurement to lead end-to-end budgeting, strategic sourcing, and supplier governance across the EMEA region.

You will coordinate multi-category programs, drive savings, and align procurement with global governance while engaging cross-functional teams. The role demands 5+ years in strategic procurement, strong analytics, and experience with SAP/Ariba/Coupa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or relevant field.
• 5+ years of strategic procurement experience covering E2E supply chain services and operational categories (Logistics, MRO, Utilities, CapEx, Facilities).
• Proven track record coordinating multi-category budget cycles and regional sourcing projects in EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget preparation & E2E team coordination for the EMEA procurement team.
• Coordinate the E2E budget across Demand and Supply categories.
• Drive cost reduction initiatives and align savings across regions.
• Develop regional category strategies and implement multi-year sourcing plans.
• Lead tenders (RFIs, RFPs, e-Auctions) using standardized tools.
• Perform spend analytics, market deep-dives, supplier benchmarking.
• Ensure governance, CRMC approvals, and ethical sourcing.
• Manage contract lifecycle, KPIs and SLAs with suppliers.
• Identify supply risks and mitigation plans across EMEA.
• Support procurement transformations including digital automation and MDM.
• Lead Renewable Energy programs across facilities and logistics.
• Engage cross-functional leadership across EMEA and global functions.
