Job summary

JLL in Warsaw is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to join the EMEA Design and Construction team. You will coordinate RFP/RFI processes, maintain vendor data, and support procurement decisions for a major client with up to 120 projects per year.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in procurement, a numerate degree, and strong English; additional EU languages are a plus. The position is hybrid from Warsaw with a competitive rewards package.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of procurement experience (RFP/RFI/RFQ, vendor management)
• Bachelor’s degree in a numerate or engineering discipline
• Excellent negotiation, analytical and client relationship skills
• Advanced Excel skills; proficient in Word, PowerPoint and MS Project
• English fluency required; knowledge of another EU language is a plus

Responsibilities

• Run centralized tender processes (RFI/RFP) on the client’s procurement platform
• Maintain vendor database for the EMEA region and related documentation
• Support procurement and legal teams to set up and improve processes
• Coordinate RFP specifications, timelines and evaluation activities
• Assist in developing cost and value benchmarks for bids
• Provide training and guidance on procurement tools and policies
• Ensure compliance with Spending and Transaction policy
