Job summary

Eaton’s PMCC division seeks a Regional Business Development Team Leader EMEA to drive profitable growth by leading a regional team of Business Development Managers. You will develop and execute regional growth strategies, identify new market opportunities, and ensure successful deployment of segment and commercial initiatives across the region.

The role requires base in Hungary, Poland, or Czech Republic, fluent English, and strong leadership skills in a matrix organization with a focus on

Qualifications

Master’s degree in marketing and sales or similiar.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Product Management, Marketing, or Commercial Leadership.
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams within a matrix organization.
Proven experience leading regional or multi-country growth initiatives.
Fluent English is required. Knowledge of an additional European language will be considered a strong advantage.
An engineering degree or technical background would be a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead PMCC commercial performance planning and execution across the region.
Drive regional pipeline, profitability, orders, and forecast objectives.
Coordinate quarterly business reviews and improvement actions.
Identify risks and opportunities and implement corrective actions with Zone Sales.
Develop and deploy regional growth initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
Lead a team of Regional Business Development Managers and set objectives and KPIs.
Collaborate with PMCC Product Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain and CSO to align regional priorities.
