Zusammenfassung

NielsenIQ in Warsaw seeks an experienced EEMEAI Marketing Effectiveness Leader to drive regional revenue and build a sustainable pipeline across Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and India. You will lead a four-person team and shape the commercial strategy to win new and existing clients.

You will translate complex MMM concepts into actionable business outcomes, engage senior stakeholders, and partner across sales, analytics, and delivery to maximize NIQ’s marketing effectiveness

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing effectiveness, media analytics, or related fields.
• Proven experience leading regional teams and delivering revenue targets.
• Strong ability to manage pipeline, forecast, and close complex engagements.
• Deep knowledge of marketing effectiveness, media measurement, and MMM.
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive regional revenue targets across EEMEAI.
• Set regional growth plans and maintain clear pipeline visibility.
• Expand relationships with new and existing clients across FMCG, media, and related sectors.
• Lead senior client conversations, proposals, and negotiations through to close.
• Coach and develop a regional team of four with clear priorities and accountability.
• Collaborate across country leaders, sales, analytics, and delivery teams to execute opportunities.
