Job summary

Eaton's Mobility Group is seeking a Corporate Accounting Leader - EMEA Mobility to join our team in Poland (Bilesko-Biała or Tczew). The role focuses on ledger compliance, standardizing financial processes, and acting as the first escalation point within the zone.

You will partner with COEs and finance teams to deliver strategic regional initiatives, drive process improvements, and support audits and month-end activities in a multinational manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master's degree (or professional qualification) is preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all ledgers in the division and act as the point of contact for ledger matters.
• Lead reporting for countries in scope and ensure compliance.
• Serve as first escalation point for special projects, SCM, PTP, and other issues.
• Maintain control environment; ensure compliance with Eaton policies, US GAAP, SOX, and local regulations.
• Collaborate with the business and finance teams to support regional strategic initiatives.
