Job summary

Eaton Corporation's Mobility Group seeks a Corporate Accounting Leader - EMEA Mobility to join our team in Bielsko-Biała or Tczew, Poland. You will supervise ledgers, drive standardized processes, and manage regional reporting and compliance across the EMEA Mobility scope.

The role requires a degree in accounting/finance with a Master's preferred, 3+ years in accounting/finance, and experience leading a team. English fluency and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master's or professional qualification preferred.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ledgers and ensure accurate month-end closing and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX, local statutory/tax requirements.
• Lead reporting for the Mobility group within the region and support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with GFSS, COE and finance teams to standardize processes.
