Job summary

Eaton is seeking an events professional to plan and execute international events across the EMEA region, working to tight budgets and schedules. The role requires hands-on delivery, strong vendor coordination, and effective stakeholder engagement to ensure successful events.

You will manage the full lifecycle from planning to post-event evaluation, collaborating with sponsors, speakers and delegates to meet ambitious objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years’ minimum proven experience of delivering international events.
• Experience in planning and executing conferences and corporate events, with strong knowledge of logistics, venue selection, contract negotiation, and on-site management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines.
• Leadership to direct teams and coordinate vendors.
• Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organise international events on an EMEA level.
• Manage the entire process from planning through running the event and post-event evaluation.
• Be hands-on and work as part of a team to deliver events on time and within budget.
• Market events effectively to meet or exceed target audience expectations.
• Coordinate with sponsors, suppliers, speakers and delegates to ensure smooth execution.
