PPG Industries Poland seeks an experienced EMEA Pricing Manager to lead regional pricing, drive margin optimization, and build a best-in-class function supporting growth. You will influence pricing policies and governance while aligning with Sales, Finance, and Operations.

This role requires a Bachelor's/Master's in business, 5+ years in pricing and people management, fluency in Polish and English, and hands-on analytics experience.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in Pricing or related function.
• Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and pricing tools.
• Strong cross-functional project management.
• Fluent Polish and English skills.

• Develop and implement pricing policies and strategies.
