Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Portfolio Services Data Coordinator in Warsaw to ensure data accuracy across a global client portfolio and collaborate with external clients and internal teams.

The role focuses on lease data management, invoicing controls, and vendor onboarding within an international real estate services environment. You will support monthly reporting, indexations, and critical dates reviews while working in a hybrid setup with occasional on-site presence at the client’s office in

Qualifications

• Fluent in spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus (German, French and Spanish).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, can-do approach.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Maintain lease data accuracy across the Client's EMEA real estate portfolio.
• Coordinate lease abstraction: submit documents, handle queries, quality checks.
• Set up new locations and leases in the system; maintain document archives.
• Validate and process landlord invoices; verify charges against lease clauses; resolve payment queries.
• Handle country-specific invoicing requirements across EMEA, including e-invoicing.
• Process rent indexations, financial updates, and service charge/utility reconciliations.
• Onboard new vendors into the payment platform and support sublease billing.
• Prepare and deliver monthly portfolio reports; track TIAs and ARO reporting.
• Participate in Critical Dates calls and cross-functional meetings across EMEA.
