Ecolab seeks a Real Estate Supervisor of Portfolio Administration in Krakow to lead a team responsible for the global lease payment process and centralized data management. You will ensure contractual obligations, drive reporting, and oversee audits of lease operating expenses, aligning with SOX and governance standards.

You will collaborate with Finance, Transaction Management, and IT to optimize processes, improve accuracy, and deliver strategic insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Lead, develop and mentor a Portfolio Administration team.
• Oversee the global portfolio and centralized lease payment process.
• Ensure data and financial accuracy across portfolio and reports.
• Manage lease documents, invoices, and payment files.
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounts Payable, and IT stakeholders.
