Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional HR experience.
• Experience with employee data management and HR administration.
• Proactive, well organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good command of business English.
• Experience with Workday, SAP, ServiceNow or other HR/ticketing systems is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer-service orientation.
• Comfortable working with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HR service support to the HR community, managers and employees located in Europe.
• Manage employment documentation and employee data throughout the lifecycle.
• Respond to inquiries on onboarding, changes, absence, salary and other HR topics.
• Ensure HR systems and databases are up to date with current employee and organizational information.
• Provide on-demand reports and support HR data analysis.
• Update and improve standard operating procedures and work instructions.
