Job summary

Amer Sports Corporation in Kraków is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist with French for the Hybrid office. The role focuses on payroll processing, end-to-end HR administration from hire to termination, and employee data management.

You will work with the France focus, support HQ and retail staff, use Workday and Excel, and travel to Annecy if needed. The position is a fixed-term contract until December 2027, with opportunities to digitize personnel files.

Qualifications

• Fluent French, working English for daily interactions.
• Degree in HR, Finance, Economics or related field.
• At least 2 years in payroll and HR administration within a multinational.
• Strong knowledge of French payroll regulations and labor law.

Responsibilities

• Payroll management with external provider, validate data and consolidate compensation details.
• Manage employee data changes and record absences (leave, vacation, maternity/paternity).
• Produce HR reports via Workday and payroll systems for KPIs and statutory needs.
• Create and file contracts, letters, and other employee documentation.
• Oversee benefits, communicate with managers and finance, liaise with pension/tax authorities.
