Job summary

Netwrix Corporation in Kraków, Poland, is seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to own all EMEA HR activities. This hybrid role requires three days in the Kraków office and close collaboration with regional HR Business Partners to run day-to-day operations and scalable processes.

You will oversee onboarding, payroll inputs, contracts, immigration, data privacy, HRIS maintenance, and reporting, partnering with external providers as needed. Fluent Polish and English are required.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in HR operations across multiple European countries.
• Experience in payroll inputs and benefits administration in several countries.
• Hands-on HRIS experience; ability to configure or improve usage.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection for employees.
• Experience working with external providers (EOR/PEO, payroll, benefits).
• Strong analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in ambiguity.
• Fluent Polish and English; additional European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run EMEA HR operations end to end: onboarding, probation, contracts changes, transfers, leave and absence, offboarding, and records across multiple countries.
• Deliver a great HR service: manage queries via HR ticketing, meet response times, and build self-service guidance.
• Support payroll and benefits: prepare monthly payroll inputs for EMEA, reconcile changes, administer benefits.
• Own HRIS for EMEA: keep data accurate, configure workflows, manage access, test improvements.
• Build processes where gaps exist; document workflows for consistency.
• Improve existing processes to reduce pain points and delays.
• Keep policies and documents current; coordinate with Legal and local advisors.
• Protect employee data under GDPR; manage retention and data requests.
• Manage right-to-work checks and visa processes with immigration partners.
• Manage vendors (EOR/PEO, payroll, benefits) and service levels.
• Stay compliant locally; track employment law changes and support audits.
• Turn data into insight: audit HR data, build reports/dashboards, spot trends.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal; collaborate across regions.
• Help mature HR ops: contribute to the roadmap and deliver improvements.
