Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst to join the EMEA HR / Payroll team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role covers payroll operations, compliance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams from our Warsaw base or remotely from Poland.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of payroll experience, deep knowledge of Poland and EMEA payroll, and fluency in English and Polish. Strong Excel and data skills are required to support accurate reporting and process

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of payroll experience, preferably in international companies or a Shared Services environment.
• Advanced knowledge of EMEA payroll processing (Poland) including statutory regulations and reporting obligations.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Strong Excel skills for data conversion workbooks.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll data and ensure accurate disbursement to provider and authorities.
• Collaborate with Payroll, Provider, EMEA HR, and Accounting teams to manage inquiries and escalations.
• Create end-to-end payroll process documentation to support robust operations.
• Prepare reports on payroll expenditures, benefit disbursements, and tax obligations.
