Job summary

CHEP Polska Sp. z o.o. is expanding its EMEA Payroll team on a 12-month FTC, supporting payroll operations for Poland and Baltic states. This remote role collaborates with external providers, HR, and finance to ensure accurate, timely payrolls and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will manage day-to-day payroll activities, statutory reporting, and audits while handling compensation and benefits administration in a dynamic global logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluency in Polish and English.
• Experience running Polish payrolls including year-end processing.
• Knowledge of TMF Horizon.
• Knowledge of Polish legislation.
• MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail.
• Experience working with remote locations.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day payroll administration on in-house, managed service and outsourced platforms.
• Meet all day-to-day statutory and business compliance requirements.
• Execute monthly payroll approvals according to schedule and prepare documentation for funding approval.
• Execute statutory reporting and payments, including statistics and year end.
• Perform internal and external audits as directed; collaborate with external vendors.
• Administer compensation & benefits related to payroll, including Ex- Pats, Share Plan and Stock Options.
• Ensure compliance with local policy and HR guidelines on conduct, data protection and confidentiality.
