Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Payroll Analyst to join our EMEA HR/Payroll team on a 12-month fixed-term contract for Poland. You will manage end-to-end monthly payroll in partnership with our in-country provider, ensuring accuracy, timely disbursements, and statutory compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Payroll, in-country teams, and Accounting, with a focus on process documentation, reporting, and data integrity. Remote in Poland or hybrid from Warsaw are available options.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of payroll experience, preferably in international companies or Shared Services.
• Advanced knowledge of Poland payroll regulations, statutory reporting, and compliance.
• Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Strong Excel skills for data conversion workbooks.
• Excellent communication and deadline-driven discipline.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end monthly payroll processing for Poland with our payroll provider.
• Ensure accuracy, timely disbursements, and statutory compliance.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, and Accounting teams for escalations and inquiries.
• Prepare detailed payroll reports and analyze expenditures and tax obligations.
