Job summary

DHL in Warszawa, Poland, is seeking an Operations Team Manager to lead end-to-end customer service and regional performance across the EMEA region. This full-time on-site role drives operations and continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will coach regional teams, own KPI delivery, manage critical client relationships, and serve as the final escalation point for service issues, collaborating with commercial, product, finance, IT and Global Operations to translate

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a customer service or operations leadership role.
• Experience leading multi-layer teams in operations or customer service.
• Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management experience is mandatory.
• Experience in time-critical, expedited, or white-glove logistics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end regional operations and customer service in EMEA.
• Coach and develop supervisors; align priorities and performance.
• Ensure adherence to global and regional strategies and standards.
• Serve as final escalation point for operational issues.
• Drive KPI delivery and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across matrix functions (Commercial, Product, Finance, IT).
