Job summary

Box in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an Engineering Business Operations Manager to partner with EBOS and scale engineering operations across the EMEA region.

The role focuses on planning, reporting, KPI measurement, and performance leadership, creating dashboards and presenting to senior leaders.

You will work with Product, Engineering and Finance to align resources and drive initiative execution in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business or engineering operations.
• Strong planning, process ownership and reporting skills.
• Experience with OKR tracking and KPI measurement.
• Excellent communication and leadership for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning cycles and quarterly reviews for EBOS.
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership visibility.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Finance on strategy.
• Support ad-hoc operational projects to enable scale.
